Photography Assignment Request Form
Please use the following form to request that University Relations News/Photography services for your event or activity. Rates are $50/hour and there is a 2.5 hour minimum. The one exception is for portrait shots in our studio; those will be billed at a one-hour minimum.
Unless special arrangements are made, photo assignments outside of normal business hours (8:15 a.m.-4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday) will be charged at time-and-a-half; this includes weekends. Holiday assignments are at double time. Assignments on weekends, evenings and holidays must be scheduled one week in advance.
