Congratulations on your last semester with the Perley Isaac Reed School of Journalism and West Virginia University!
We know this is an exciting time for you, and to help commemorate your time here, the SOJ is asking graduating seniors to submit photos highlighting your time as a J-School student.
Selected images will be used in a special May Commencement slideshow. Please see the guidelines below before submitting your images.
GUIDELINES:
- Each graduating senior can submit up to five images.
- Photos should represent the life of the SOJ and its students, with a sense of energy, personality and intimacy. Images can be of:
- People—faculty, students, visitors, guest lecturers, etc.
- Places—study groups, Martin Hall classrooms, SOJ-related locations, etc.
- Projects—individual or group projects or presentations
- Gatherings—club meetings and events, unique class events, SOJ-sponsored events
- Moments that highlight your time as a “J-School” student
- The names of (primary) people in the photos are required for submission.
- Try to submit photos of print quality (300 dpi). If you’re not sure, send them anyhow!
- As the person submitting the photo(s), you understand that the image(s) may be selected by the SOJ for May Commencement, website features and other SOJ projects.
UNABLE TO UPLOAD DIGITAL IMAGES?
If you are unable to upload digital images, you can still submit photos! Just put them in an envelope with a copy of this
completed form and drop them off in the main office (113 Martin Hall).
