Due to our extended hours of service, a reference librarian may not be available when you need help finding resources in the library or on the Web. (If you are off-campus, you also need a convenient way to contact us for help).
Please fill out this form carefully. If you are a WVU Tech student, we especially need your name, a way to contact you, information about the course, and the instructor's name. (We sometimes have to contact the instructor to clarify assignment instructions.)
